This morning I got up at 5:15 am, worked out, got cleaned up, and and drove through brutal rush hour traffic for an hour to experience Mr. Bryan Dodge. It was ALL WORTH IT.
He is very good. Look, I have been doing this of many years, not much impresses me these days, but Bryan impressed me!.
Here are a few observations I made this morning.
Bryan had a very strong opening. From the moment he started, the audience was involved, and they responded very well to him. They could sense he was real and genuine.
His core message for this presentation was how to grow your people, lead your people, and lead by example,. Don't tell me . . . show me. I took a couple pages of notes. He covered a bunch of material in 90 minutes. He is good at customizing.
