Product Refund Policy
Bryan Dodge & Dodge Development, Inc. offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us for a full refund of your purchase price. Please include in the package a note stating the reason for the return and at what meeting you received the product.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
Dodge Development, Inc. requires a deposit of 50% of the speaking fee to hold the speaking date on Bryan Dodge's calendar. In the event that Bryan Dodge would not be able to teach at the time and date agreed upon and a reschedule of the event is not agreed upon, Dodge Development, Inc will refund the deposit money within day 5 business days.
In the event that __ (Contracting Party) __ would have to cancel the meeting for any reason, and gives notice 60 days prior to the date being held, __ (Contracting Party) __ will have the option of rescheduling the date or requesting the return of the deposit. If the meeting is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the date being held, and it is rescheduled within 90 days of the original date being held, Dodge Development, Inc. will reapply the deposit to the new booked date. However, if a new date is not agreed upon within the 90 days of the original scheduled date, Dodge Development, Inc. will retain the deposit and be released of any further obligations.
In the event of a no-fault cancellation, such as a natural disaster, both parties will seek an agreeable rescheduled date as the first option. If a reschedule date cannot be agreed upon within a reasonable length of time, Dodge Development, Inc. will return the full amount of the deposit.
